After a long bottle aging, this Blanc de Blancs is a synthesis of elegance, freshness and harmonious complexity. Ferrari Perlé gets its elegance from the particularly long bottle maturation and is a vintage spumante. Tasting notes:Golden shimmer in the glass. In the nose expressive after white peaches, almond blossoms and crispy bread. At the palate very elegant and harmonious with fruity flavours. Long lasting in the finish. Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay. Cultivation: Conventional. Maturation: 5 years on lees. Drinking temperature: 4-6 °C.
